From Rio to Reinvention

Roberta Lucca (aka Beta Lucca) arrived in London from Rio de Janeiro with two suitcases and limited English.

She led innovation projects at Nokia and TV Globo, the world's second-largest commercial broadcaster.

When in London, she co-founded Bossa Games and built it into one of Europe's most successful and creative gaming companies, winning a BAFTA for Monstermind and creating multi-million-dollar IPs including I Am Bread, Surgeon Simulator and Worlds Adrift. Forbes listed her as one of their Top 50 Women in Tech.

Then she walked away and built something completely new.

Keynote Speaker

Roberta speaks internationally on innovation, AI and reinvention, working with leadership teams at companies including Intuit, Ocado, Disney, SLUSH, London Tech Week and Forbes.

She is also a LinkedIn Learning instructor.
